Requests to change parent/guardian contact information can be made in person at the Registrar’s Office, 312 Lattimore Hall; Eastman students should go to the Eastman School of Music Registrar's Office in Miller Center.
The success of this notification system starts with you by inputting information accurately and keeping your contact information up-to-date. If you elect to receive cellular voice mail messages or text messages, you may incur charges from your carrier for any messages sent to your number. The University of Rochester cannot certify the successful delivery of messages to individual recipients resulting from carrier limitations. The service depends on many different providers of e-mail systems, cellular and mobile phone carriers to deliver voice, SMS & e-mail messages to each recipient.
